What this site
does not do with your data.
We use no cookies. This site does not collect your name or your contact details, unless you apply as a hub director: that form is on an external service and is explained below. We count how many visits it gets, without knowing who you are.
We ask you to talk about what you do not talk about with anyone. A site that asks for that and does not explain what it does with your data is asking for trust without giving any.
This notice is written so you understand it, not so we are covered. If anything is unclear, write to us and we will fix it.
What there is not
No cookies
None. Not our own and not third-party. That is also why you will not see a banner asking you to accept them: there would be nothing to accept.
No tracking
There is no Google Analytics or anything that follows a person from one page or site to another. We count visits, not people: it is explained below.
One outside resource
The fonts, images and maps are hosted here. The only thing your browser asks for from outside is Cloudflare’s visit counter, the same company that hosts the site.
One form that sends
The circle thermometer, and it is anonymous: it is explained below. An application to be a hub director uses an external form (Google Forms), not this site. No other form on this site sends anything, and the site's security configuration prevents it technically.
What is saved on your device
Some tools — the lifeline, the circle agreement, the money wheel and the session agenda — save what you write so you do not lose it when you close the page. The thermometer saves two things: on each woman’s phone, that she has already answered that day; and on the guide’s, her circle’s results link.
It is saved in your browser's local storage, on your own phone or computer. It is not sent to any server, ours or anyone else's. We cannot see it. If you change device or clear your browser data, it is gone.
Why it is built this way
No Money in Her Voice system may have a field capable of recording what is said in a circle.
That is article III of our bylaws, not a technical decision. The confidentiality of the circle is not held up by a promise: it is held up by not building the place to store that.
What does get logged
Like any page on the internet, the service that hosts this site — Cloudflare — keeps technical records of visits: IP address, date and time, and which browser was used. They are there so the site works and so attacks can be detected.
We do not consult those records and we do not cross-reference them with anything, and we have no way to link them to a person. Cloudflare keeps them for its own periods, under its own policy.
What we count
Since September 19, 2026 we use Cloudflare’s visit counter, called Web Analytics, to know how many visits the site gets, which pages are read and how long they take to load.
According to Cloudflare, that counter uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, does not identify anyone by their IP address or their browser, and collects no personal data. We see totals. We do not see who you are, and nothing you write in the tools reaches the counter.
The circle thermometer
It is the only form on the site that sends anything. At the close of each session, each woman answers from her phone how it went: five questions from 1 to 5, two yes-or-no, and one open question that is optional.
What is kept is the answers, the circle code and the day. Nothing else: not your name, not your email, not your IP address, not the time. Your circle’s guide sees the results only for sessions where at least three answered, so no one can work out who said what, and the open answer reaches her as written, in random order. We do not look at those answers.
The online training
Women who join a circle first take an online training. It lives at a different address and does keep some of your data, because it needs to know who completed it.
It keeps the name, email and phone number you sign in with, how far you got and when, and which files you downloaded. Your answers to the exercises are neither stored nor sent. Only the Money in Her Voice team that organizes the circles sees this, so we know who was able to prepare; it is not used for advertising and it is not shared. If you would like us to delete it, write to us and we will.
If you write to us on WhatsApp
The contact button on this site opens WhatsApp. From there on, the conversation happens in WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's policy, not by this one. We see your number and what you write to us, the same as in any chat.
We use that conversation only to reply to you and to organize your entry into a circle. We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it.
What is said in a circle
It is not recorded, not transcribed and not stored anywhere. The note-keeper keeps the record of themes — the theme and whose it is, in a few words — not stories, figures or sentences, and that sheet stays in the circle.
What happens inside the circle is protected by the agreement everyone signs, not by this notice. Both say the same thing.
Applications to be a hub director
If you apply as a hub director, Money in Her Voice collects the data you write in the form (name, contact, city, country and your answers) for one purpose only: to review your application as a director. The form is on an external service (Google Forms), not on this site. Only the team that reviews applications sees it; we do not sell it or share it with third parties. If you are not selected, we delete your data after 6 months. You can ask at any time to know, correct or delete your data by writing to privacy@moneyinhervoice.com or on WhatsApp at +57 333 401 7307. We handle your data under this notice and the personal-data law of the country where you live.
Your rights
You can ask us to access whatever we hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to our using it. In practice, what we can hold is the WhatsApp conversation you started, the data from the external form if you applied as a hub director and, if you took the training, the record explained above.
To exercise them, write to privacy@moneyinhervoice.com, or on WhatsApp if that is easier. We reply within a reasonable time and without asking you to justify why.
What is stored on your device is deleted by you, with the «Delete everything» button in each tool or by clearing your browser data. You do not need to ask us, and we could not do it for you.
Minors
The circles are for adult women. This site is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Who we are
Money in Her Voice PBC, in the process of incorporation as a Public Benefit Corporation. It operates as Mujeres que Hablan de Dinero in Spanish, as Money in Her Voice in English and as Mulheres que Falam de Dinheiro in Portuguese. First active hub in Managua, Nicaragua.
When this changes
If this site later starts collecting other data, this notice is rewritten first, not afterwards, and the date above will say so.
In short
Today we collect no personal data through this site, with one exception: if you apply as a hub director, the external form collects what you write in order to review your application. What you write in the tools on this site stays with you. The circle thermometer is anonymous. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we have your number and your message. If you took the online training, we have the record explained above.
