Elaine Miranda (Ela), CEO, is a co-founder, a financial educator and an author. Ela will be the first to share her knowledge in this space; other voices will follow. Luis Andrade is the COO.
Ela does not take part in or observe the circles.

Do I need to know about finance?
No. The circle is not a class or an advisory service. Your experience has a place, and Financial Education happens in a separate space.
What if I do not want to tell something?
You decide what to share. The 5% invites honesty; it never forces you to reveal anything.
How is confidentiality protected?
Everyone takes on a commitment about what they hear. Before taking part, its scope, its consequences and the protocol for situations of serious risk are explained.
Is there room in any of the 14 circles?
Yes — we are open to new members. The team checks availability and how the groups are formed; if there is no place right now, they will explain the next steps or a new opening.
How much time does it take and how much does it cost?
The meeting is monthly and in person, with preparation and regular attendance. The terms of taking part are discussed before you decide. We do not publish a figure on this page. For some women we have the support of our sponsors.
Is business done or money lent?
Not inside the circle. Nor is what is shared used to sell, find clients or recommend financial products.
