Your circle
The steady group where you speak and listen from experience. A guide looks after the structure, and every woman keeps her own decisions.
Where your experience beginsNicaragua · Managua hub
The only active hub · updated 5 Sep 2026
Your experience begins in an in-person circle: a steady group of women who share their experience, listen without giving advice, and build trust on clear agreements.
Writing does not reserve a place. Joining depends on availability, terms and how the group is formed.
The 108 correspond to the launch; they do not represent current places, active membership or measured impact.
What you get by belonging
When you join, you also become part of the Community and gain access to the Financial Education available to members.
The steady group where you speak and listen from experience. A guide looks after the structure, and every woman keeps her own decisions.
Where your experience beginsThe connection between members beyond your own circle, without carrying over names, amounts or stories from what was said.
Beyond your groupKnowledge and tools in a space distinct from the circle. Elaine will be the first to share them; other voices will follow.
For members onlyCurrent programming and terms are explained before you join.
How to take part in Managua
The team will explain whether there is a possibility of joining now or whether it makes sense to wait for a new opening.
Writing is not an application and does not reserve a place.
Ask about the circle, the agreements and what taking part involves.
The team reviews availability and how the groups are formed, without promising an automatic place.
Membership is US$ 35 a month plus tax. Dates, length and commitment should be clear to you before you decide.
Membership
Plus any taxes that apply in your country. It includes your circle, the community across circles and Financial Education.
For some women we have the support of our sponsors. If you want to be in a circle and cannot afford it, write to us and let's talk.
Inside the circle · The method
A circle is held by the same group, monthly in-person meetings, a guide, and four concrete behaviours.
I share the 5%, not the 95%. I say what is hard to say, not the presentable summary.
I repeat nothing outside. Not the name, not the amount, not the story.
I speak from my own experience. I do not advise, I do not rescue, I do not minimise.
I get from the circle what I bring to it. No one is going to draw out what I do not put in.
You decide what to share, and you can pass your turn. The scope and the limits of the confidentiality agreement are explained before you take part. Nothing said in a circle is ever written down.
The 95%
The tidy, the correct, the part that costs nothing to say.
The 5%
It is an invitation to speak honestly. You decide what to share, and you can pass your turn.
Experience, not advice
No one decides for the woman who shares. An experience can open up a perspective; the decision remains hers.

An illustrative scene · not a testimonial
«I want to keep helping my family, but I am already using my savings. It is hard to admit that I cannot carry everything.»
«I confused setting a limit with no longer loving them. Hearing myself say it helped me see what I had been keeping quiet.»
These lines do not belong to the women in the photographs. They illustrate the exchange of experience, without advice.
So there is no confusion
Who holds the experience
The guide belongs to the circle. Elaine contributes to Financial Education and does not take part in the circles.

In the circle
She holds the structure, the turns and the timing. She helps keep the exchange on each woman's own experience.
She does not advise, diagnose, solve or decide for another woman.
In Financial Education
Elaine Miranda is a co-founder, a financial educator and an author. She will be the first to share her knowledge in this space; other voices will follow.
She does not take part in or observe the circles.

Before you decide
No. The circle is not a class or an advisory service. Your experience has a place, and Financial Education happens in a separate space.
You decide what to share, and you can pass your turn. The 5% invites honesty; it never forces you to reveal anything.
Everyone takes on a commitment about what they hear. Before taking part, its scope, its consequences and the protocol for situations of serious risk are explained. Nothing said in a circle is ever written down.
The team has to check availability and how the groups are formed. If there is no place available, they will explain the next steps or a new opening.
The meeting is monthly and in person, with preparation and regular attendance. Membership is US$ 35 a month plus any taxes that apply in your country. If you cannot afford it, write to us: for some women we have the support of our sponsors.
Not inside the circle. Nor is what is shared used to sell, find clients or recommend financial products.
